PerimeTour started with a simple observation: too many Birmingham listings were sitting on the market longer than they should — not because of price or location, but because the photos looked like they were taken on a flip phone.
We built PerimeTour to fix that. Every service we offer — from basic photography to cinematic drone video — is designed to make a listing look its absolute best on day one. Because first impressions on Zillow are the only impressions that matter.

Lead Photographer & Founder
Marcus launched PerimeTour after years of watching Birmingham listings undersell because of bad photos. He's shot over 1,200 properties across the metro and holds a FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.
Jordan Ellis
Aerial Cinematographer
Jordan handles all drone operations and cinematic video production. With a background in film and a FAA Part 107 certificate, he brings a director's eye to every property he shoots.
